Emmanuel Ejembi ANYEBE is currently a Professor of Nursing Science (Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing) and the current Head of Department of Nursing Science, Faculty of Clinical Sciences, College of Health Sciences, University of Ilorin with 25 years teaching, research, community service/administrative experience. He had worked in related Nursing Institutions. He is a professional educator and care/service provider and a Fellow, West African Postgraduate College of Nurses and Midwives, and African Institute of Public Health Professionals.
His areas of research interest cover Nursing Research, Psychosocial Care and Mental Health, Perinatal Mental Health, Child and Adolescent Health Research, HIV/AIDS Research, and the Social, Cultural and Economic Determinants of Health and Illness/Health System (Medical Sociology Research). He has over 90 journal publications, supervised over 30 Masters dissertations and 9 Ph.D/Fellowship theses, participating in many sponsored studies. He is a member of many professional and academic bodies globally.
